Maybe they are still just able to put a smile on their face and keep going but it is getting harder and harder to do so. They find themselves 'losing it' over the littlest things, unable to go off to sleep, and having to push themselves to get things done. And levels of procrastination are blowing out of control.

We teach the simple strategies to re-energise while continuing to do what needs to be done. We do this either during face-to-face sessions with one of our Occupational Therapists, or via the Emotional Energy module of our legendary "Thrive Not Just Survive" workshop series.
